This ranch was owned originally by the Simon Family, who sold it to the Honeyfields, who then sold it to Marie Sumpter. It is approximately 880 Acres. Located on the Johnson Mesa, elevation 8609. It is the property that sits next to the St. John's Methodist Episcopal Church.
