A chambered tomb dating from about 1400BC. Thirty eight skeletons were discovered in the tomb, and these and other artifacts can be seen in the village folk museum in Winchecombe. Belas Knap is a well-studied barrow mound, and can be visited by the public. English Heritage site, managed by Gloucestershire County Council.
