This is the location of RSEA site office and camp at Guanacaste, Costa Rica.
Our project was the "Puente La Amistad de Taiwan" (Taiwan Friendship bridge).
We Filipinos with our Taiwanese Employer under the management of Mr. Jack and Mr. Chen were here and had contributed by means of Technical and Engineering knowledges in building the Tempisque bridge : (Efren,Raul,Edel,Romel,Orly,Roldan,Dante,Eric,Angel,Boy,Rey,Joseph and Winnie)-Kaylaks.
