This residential neighborhood located at the SE corner of Jane Street and Trethewey was established in the early 90s. Prior to that, from the 1940s till 1990, it was the location of the Dominion Bridge Company Ltd., a heavy-manufacturing facility responsible for outfitting a large portion of Toronto's downtown structures with steel substrate such as the Toronto-Dominion Centre.
