Monument Mall has received many store closings and expected closings over the last few weeks but they have some good news about future relocations, remodels and openings coming up this year.


Coming up in April 2019, Genny’s Sewing and Bluffs Sports Cards will be opening their doors at the mall.

CrossFit Scottsbluff will be relocating to the former Sears location in April.

Planet Bounce will be relocating back to the former JcPenney location. They will expand concessions and remodeling is currently being done.

Chino’s Mexican Restaurant opened their doors back in 2018 and expanded their larger dining room area in 2019. They are looking to apply for a liquor license soon.

Reel Lux’s remodel is set to complete in the middle of March.

Dollar Tree and Harbor Freight estimated to be open in April 2019.

Pink Nail Spa and Twisted Pretzel is under new management.

Varieties, LLC is set to close their doors at the end of April.

Economic Development Director Starr Lehl states that retail is taking a huge hit across the board.
