Designed by Magney and Tusler with Frederick Ackerman and built in 1927. Originally home to the Young Quinlan department store ' Minneapolis' Youngest Oldest Store '. Until the late 1980s, the building still operated as Young Quinlan with its original grand interior and top floor restaurant complete with imported Italian fountain and small fashion runway.
