  The lines painted on the road were made by a City of Garden Grove surveying team to aid with such capital expenses as roadway repaving. (Note the pavement shading differences as you zoom out abit.) The reflectors were added as a “heads-up” to emergency response vehicle traffic and other city maintenance crews such as street sweepers, so everyone knows for sure where the jurisdiction ends.
