  Uh...okayyyyyyyy. Is this a netural point of view? Is there any other pertainent information on this urban jewel? A name maybe? Maybe a brief discription or link to information on just what exactly are the "standards of section 8 housing". At least tell me what kind of recreational pharmaceuticals I might be able to purchase here.

  they are kind of a mid-century design, obviously built in the 1960's. It is a bit of a rough patch, in fact I just drove past today and saw all manner of characters milling about on the sidewalk, including two young men looking like they were about to square off. I don't know if they're the type of place worth seriously remodeling and getting rid of the riff-raff to rent to decent people. But this is nowhere near the worst part of Riverside, these crappy apartments happened to be nestled between the south end of the Wood Streets and Pachappa Hill, two of the city's nicest neighborhoods.
