This School is managed by R.C Management.It was upgraded by Rev.Fr.Rajabose with a monitory help of Dr.A.Raja Pinhero. It was started with only 98 students on 16-06-1981.Now the strength is above 500.Present developments of the infra structure is done with a help of Mr.Butzko(USA) through the founder Correspondent Fr.Rajabose.It has modernized A/C computer lab with multimedia equipments,science lab and a fine auditorium(Marjorie Hall).Present Correspondent is Rev.Fr.Maria John Costa and Mr.Roncalli Silva is the Head Master.
