  • What a huge waste of money ! What worthy event happened here that is worth spending almost $1,ooo,ooo dollars to save and redo in grand fashion. I could understand if John Brown, Lee Harvey Oswald had been tried here but all that happened here was a lot of guilty, and a lot of innocent people went to prison or had their life destroyed here. What a waste that the Stephens Co kids of today will still be paying for for years to come. Another waste is the new Currahee military museum, i wonder how many 100 years it will take to re-earn the money paid from visitors for these huge waste. The SCo government needs to look at how many jobs the people have in the county to support these gems.
  • this is a HUGE waste of money. i saw in the paper that the board who worked on this project have asked to dissolve their group. too bad they did not want out before this waste was begin. i say if this thing gets throwed off on the people os stephens county because of the expensive up keep then those people on the board should be responsible to help pay it was their high brow plans that got this mess started.
  • They already spent $20,000 dollars on grass for this place.
