This a very famous Poomalachi Amman Kovil. Poomalachi Amman is the Main GULA theivam for the surrounding 5 villages. This is a very old temple was constructed with the help of Vairavan Temple's chettiars.
The renovation is under progress with the help of Sirnivasa Asaari's sons Ramesh, Moorthi and Bros.
