A beautiful Victorian era building built in 1901. It was used by B.E.S.T. as residential quarters but now disused due to structural problems.

The building consists of 16 flats. 8 flats are accessible from the front and 8 from the rear. The front wing flats had a huge reception (living room) with ceiling touching nearly 25 feet.

Hope this building lives to see another 100 years.
