Developed by Sagajuta (Sabah) Sdn. Bhd., 1 Sulaman is a mixed development which will be another landmark in Kota Kinabalu. It consists of three parcels. For the first parcel, it consists of the Platinum Tower. It is a condominium orientated east and below it are shops called Platinum Tower Shoplexes. The second parcel are two blocks of three storey shops called 'Wismas'. The third parcel presents the Gold Tower. Like the Platinum Tower, it too has its own shoplexes below.
