This is now an empty lot.
It was the site of a long elevated and covered boardwalk known as Art-El which used to be the central feature of Art Park. It was built in 1974 and was a boardwalk where one or more events and small displays of visual and performing art were held on weekends. The deck also extended into what is now the parking lot immediately north of this lot. It was demolished in 2007.
