Damon is a census-designated place (CDP) in Brazoria County, Texas, United States. The population was 552 at the 2010 census.

The community was originally founded by Samuel Damon ca 1831. This place identifies the location of the original (early-20th-Century) townsite. Lands to the north and west of Damon were the sites of many oil wells during the early years of the 20th century.
