This is where the Kamakshi temple & Sankara Mutt elephants Jayanthi, Kamakshi And Indumathy(Appu)are tied up. The Shed is next to the temple pond from where water is pumped in order to bathe the elephants. Next to the shed there is a small Mandapam where the mahouts sleep. This shed is located in the North West Corner of the Arulmigu Kanchi Kamaksi Ambal Temple.
