Now fully restored into a habitat for nature. Has taken the best part of 10 years to get it looking this green. Started as a huge concrete slab, which was demolished and removed, the pit shafts made safe, and horse manuere and top soil was spread acros the site. Then grass seeds were spread, and areas of tree saplings planted. 8-10 years on, its thriving.
