The island is 60 Miles from NW to SE and only appr. 2 miles wide. The main road from N to S is the Queen´s Highway, with 35 small villages along the road. The population is just under 4.000. They live from banana growing, corn fields and pineapples. Tourism is not much developed, but it is said to be a divers paradise. Fishing is also a good deal year round.
