Established in 1976 as a siding supplier, the family run lumber store expanded and in 2000 opened a second location in Amherstburg, Ontario. The supplier of building materials, hardware and home renovation products became a part of Rona in 2004. In addition to a 60,000 sq. ft. lumber yard the 3 plus ac. site includes 8,600 sq. ft. of retail space. It was closed in 2009 when Rona consolidated its operation at Tecumseh Road East.It has remained vacant since then.
