Adams Island is part of the Qikiqtaaluk Region of the Canadian territory of Nunavut. The island is located off the northeastern coast of Baffin Island, in the Canadian Arctic Archipelago. Adams Island is surrounded by Baffin Bay (north), Dexterity Island (northeast), Baffin Island (east), Tromso Fiord (south), Paterson Inlet (west), and Bergesen Island (northwest)
