This was only part of the railroading splendor that was Columbus. Its various yards were owned by N&W Ry., PRR, and NYC RR. Most of this land was occupied by the Pennsylvania RR. Most of the yards were abandoned and the shops were razed to build I-670, which is nicknamed "Railroad Alley".
