Built in 1923 for Mr. and Mrs. (Mary Lillian Duke) A. J. Drexel Biddle to designs by Addison Mizner. Subsequent owners have included Jay and Dolly O'Brien, Alexander Kirkland, and Richard Merrill. Current owners David and Julia Koch recently completed a Ballinger Award-winning renovation of the property which included the incorporation of the small parcel immediately to the south of the main house.
