  • the playground is the property of the municipality, which ultimately for the use of common people. No one have right in the playground to construct any addition even by the municipality as the state govt has stayed for any allotment of playground and or recreation garden until further order. Therefore any permission even if it is granted by the municipality is illegal and liable for legal action.
