  • Isn't this property located in Mira Road rather than Dahisar?
  • Yes ABHI bhai this is in Mira Road not Dahisar. Builders like Lodha, Thakur and DB realty are trying to fool people by advertising this in Dahisar to lure people. You can clearly see when you visit this place that the Dahisar Check Naka is around 300m on south and also you can see the boards maintained by Kashimira Police Station which falls under Mira Road (Thane-Rural police). Moreover, Mumbai autos do not go upto this point if you want to visit there. Although people in both sides Dahisar and Mira Road know all this fooling business, but people in other suburbs and city can only know after they visit the place and enquire local people. BUT MY MIRA ROAD IS THE BEST THAN DAHISAR.
  • yes, i admit, we have been fooled by the builder and thought that its in Dahisar, but it doesn't matter as the location is on the western highway and also it was discussed that check naka is going more northwards where the ghodbunder road starts, i don't know the truth but that was what was told by one of the marketing personnel there.
  • Abhishek bhai, yes now you have been completely fooled (no mistake of yours of course) as the check naka has not shifted northwards. You would see the new entry gate constructed by BMC which clearly indicates that Thakur Mall, DB Realty, Lodha Aqua and Singapore Internation School all in Mira-Bhayandar Municipal Corporation region. While buying property you should always ask few things like (1) Where would the property registration take place? Mumbai or Thane district (2) Which police station and post-office jurisdiction does this area belong to? (3) From where would water supply come from (Mumbai city or Thane district? If you get compatible answers to above questions then you get some knowledge of exact place and you will never get fooled. Also you may get some knowledge by asking nearby residents or visit nearest post-office or police station for clarity. Even a simple rickshaw driver will clarify you about the location. By now you must have experienced the difference that the Mumbai autos do not go beyond check naka and there are no metered autos in Mira Road area. Still good luck for you because Mira Road is not that bad. I feel that Mira Road is far better than Dahisar and is comparable to Borivali in some parts.

  • LODHA LODHA DISGRACE TO LIE TO ITS CLIENTS you lied about the location of the location of Lodha Aqua.How does such a big builder get away with this so many people made a wrong decision base on the lie Bad business practice and what example to our future generations about good practice and lies, sure someone like the media are aware and can expose the builder or is someone getting favours to keep it quite." Shame on U LODHA GROUP" My advice is to take class action on the builder for false advertising around the globe.
  • Lodha is Gadha builder he fooled everyone lying2 bed but actually given one and half room,actually is a prayer room . or say kids room.This kind of people make fool to all and giving big bribes to the high level and get the work done.
