    NCOIC of the lst. Film Exchange at Camp Kaiser TDY from 127th Signal Battalion Camp Casey 1958-59. One cold place. Returned in 2002 not the same. Now under ROK control. Only american building left is Gen. home on the hill and the catholic church. Quite a culture shock after all these years.
