Modernist/Futurist residential building designed by Zaha Hadid with O’Donnell Dannwolf Partners Architects. The unique glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC) exoskeleton was built and shipped in sections from Dubai. It has been described as one of the most complex skyscrapers ever to make it off the drawing board.
