This is probably the biggest internet datacentre in downtown Toronto (if not all of Toronto), housing thousands of servers and networks in a secure facility conveniently located next to the CBD and the railroads.
A proposal for a 36 floor/177.5m office building is planned for this site which has completion date for 2010.
