Large earthen mound, origin is unknown. The most popular theory is that it is the grave of Icenian Queen Boudicca. Another proposes include the ‘dust of the slain’ after fisticuffs between ancient tribes from London and St Albans, the base of a windmill constructed in 17th century, and just a folly visible form Kenwood House.
