White Desert

Egypt / Giseh / al-Wahhat-al-Bahhriyah /

The whole area north of Farafra Oasis is called th White Desert due to its very white and oftenly very bizarre limestone / chalk rocks. It is worth a tour of some days by camel or by car (to be hired at the Oasis of Farafra). The polygon only describes part of the White Desert.
