6-story office and gallery building completed in the 1920 as a store-and-loft building. In 1958 in was renovated and converted to offices. The ground floor has a variety of modern metal and glass storefronts for art galleries. The upper floors are clad in orange brick, with piers dividing the facade into three main bays, each with two double-windows, which are connected by flat stone lintels. The building is crowned by a green-painted metal cornice with modillions and dentils, and paired brackets above each pier. Among the tenants of the building are Agora Gallery, Winston Wachter Gallery, Stux Gallery, and ARTis Spectrum Magazine.
