  • I am surprised to observe the remark that the Ananda Vinayagar Temple at Otahi theru and opposite NHS is not an approved temple The popularity of the temple is very well known and it is a unique one for the simple fact that this temple has Vinayagar as Moolavar since Vinayagar in many temples are installed at the entrance as one of the deities .Moreover an outstanding feature attraction of this temple is most of the NHS boys regularly worship while going to school and a special "mandagapadi" used to be performed by SSLC students to Vinayagar before Final exams during 1950s I am one of the student of NHS & and regularly worshipped in 1940s 71950S when I lived there and I reminiscize now since I live in Mumbai ,My earnest desire to see with a remark as Approved soon K BALASUBRAMANIAN WADALA MUMBAI
