Koforidua, also popularly known as Kof-town, is a city in the West African republic of Ghana, about two hours by road from the capital city, Accra. It is the capital of the Eastern Region of Ghana and has a population of 87,315 (2000 census); 127,334 (2012 census).

It serves as a commercial center for the region and New-Juaben Municipal District.
