Pullambadi is a panchayat town in Tiruchirappalli district in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. Pullambadi town panchayat heads the revenue block of Pullambadi in the taluk of Lalgudi.
Pullambadi comes under Lalgudi Taluk and has a very good Hospital serving the surrounding villages(Sagayamatha Hospital). Pullambadi also has a very good temple for Kulundalamman with a nice festival conducted every year(Pallakku - Beautifully Decorated chariot on which the god's diety is taken around town)which invites thousands of people from all around the villages to pray and celebrate.child jesus matric school is located there doing splendid service to the people

  • different people live together. it was know for its unity in religion and castism. all major religious temples are in the same road. all people celebrate all religions together.

  • The great MGR hotel is the main landmark for the town since 1970.
  • it's the principle town for surrounding villages.it has a good connectivity by roads and railways.its located 30km from trichy.agriculture is the main occupation here.surrounded by green paddy fields on 1 side and by other crops on other side includes cotton,cereals,pulses etc.a dam is there across a stream in thuraiyur road which looks beautiful with clear water,trees,various birds,fresh air,waves etc.
  • please dont go to eat MGR hotel , because they never clean properly the cooking materials so,,,,, please dont try ...... and also this shop cashier mr.senthil is a deaf.... you tell them ten time also he cant hear,,,,,, please avoid this hotel ,,,,,,,take care your body
