ADIRE started here. This Jahangirabad and Balabhadrapur villages adopted by ADIRE are jointly known as JABA and is now a subject of rural development research. You will find solar powered houses, street lights, biogas digesters, compressed earth block houses, led lights, laptops, super efficient LED projectors in the village school- Adividya Mandir. Twenty poor kids are taught here by a staff of four often through web based programs from USA. The poverty situation in these villages is no different from the situation in sorrounding villages, which are the next destinations of ADIRE.
