Fort Oranje (Oranjestad)

Netherlands Antilles / Sint Eustatius / Golden Rock / Oranjestad

Built on a cliff by the French in 1629. The cliff has a hight of 40 meters above sea level. In 1636 the Dutch made it to the strongest fortification on the island. Until today it is fully functional. From there you have a nice view over the ocean.
