2,200 megawatt power generation facility. Owned by the Entegra Power Group. Built by SNC Lavalin Constructors for Talahasee Electric Coop (TECO) and Panda Power, the plant went into full operation in 2003. The plant consists of four "power blocks", each of which has two natural gas turbines, two boilers, and one steam turbine. Two 500 kv power lines take the generated electricity out of the substation (the complex on the east side of the plant) and feed it into the Arizona Power System (APS) network.
