  Ferns City in Doddanakundi. Used to be a snake infested area. Now most of them have run away and replaced by a more dangerous animal. Guess who :). However residents do see snakes in the layout, once in a while.

  This layout is infested with snakes. In my 1 yr of stay, I have seen 10+. usually come out during heavy rains and openly seen on the roads. There have been some biting incidents too. be very careful about buying or renting out here. Also, there is a graveyard behind the clubhouse and a graphite factory nearby and soot comes into every house from oct-feb.

  Agree. I have had similar experience. many plots are vacant and nobody bothers to clean them up. dwell at your own risk. I have seen one coming into my house. thankfully it was spotted and removed by security. one should talk to security to know the truth. they are the ones would tell you how many snakes they catch in a week. the seller or the owner (looking at renting) won't tell you anything. Its surprising that despite all this, the prices are going up.

  I have been living here for 6 years now and never spotted a snake till date. One of the most well maintained layouts. Previously stayed at a BDA layout in NGEF and two snakes came into my carporch.
