Great Lakes ore freighter lost in a violent storm November 18, 1958.
Despite valiant rescue attempts by the Coast Guard and a nearby German freighter, only two crew members were rescued out of a crew of 35. 15 bodies were recovered in the weeks after the storm.

The wreck was discovered six months after the sinking, broken in two at a depth of 315 feet.

The wreck was extensively surveyed by a video crew in 2011 and found to be in immaculate condition, down to still fresh-looking paint and brass fixtures in the engine room.

The Bradley remains the 2nd longest ship ever lost in the Great Lakes, after the Edmund Fitzgerald.
