Base Library. Recently moved here after the building was refurnished. It is the 2nd biggest libary in the KMC(Kaisrslautern Military Community). Only place on base that is avaliable to all ID card holders (Unlike a certain internet cafe' in the hospital). Open from 0800-1700(8am-5pm). All ages are welcome.
