The New Covenant Campus of the New Covenant Church of Philadelphia occupies the site of the former Pennsylvania School for the Deaf, once known as the Pennsylvania Institute for the Deaf and Dumb. The site was once much larger than its current 33 acres. In 1912 buildings designed by Cope & Stewartson were opened that still constitute the core of the historic campus. In 1985 Spring Garden College bought the property and occupied the campus until the early 1990's.

Today the New Covenant Church ocupies the campus and shares it with other organizations including the Waldorf School of Philadelphia and the Pennsylvania Dance Conservatory, among others.
