454-foot, 46-story hotel and residential building completed in 2009 as Trump SoHo Hotel and Condominiums. While it was being constructed, remains were found from 19th-century burial vaults built under the former Spring Street Presbyterian Church. The hotel was renamed in 2017 because the Trump name was damaging business. It is now managed as part of Preferred Hotels & Resorts.

Designed by Handel Architects, it is the tallest building in SoHo, with some spectacular views over the city. The plan of the tower is a slightly bent long rectangle, clad in a reflective silver glass curtain wall that incorporates a transparent skin at public spaces and translucent skin at the building's private sectors. Within the body of the tower, select vistas are captured from skybox windows projecting out from the face of the tower. The building’s 11,000 square foot spa and fitness center includes an outdoor swimming pool atop a five story podium, which also incorporates a sun deck. Its interior rooms feature furnishings by Fendi Casa.
