Most of the Scottdale drunks drink at the bar and live upstairs. It's unwelcoming to outsiders, but you can brag to your friends about going there if you are brave enough. The proprietor is actually very welcoming if you're not a middle aged alcoholic and will open up the back room for you, but watch out for his employees.
