This building was once the office of Sinchon County Committee of the Korean Workers' Party. According to the DPRK history of the Victorious Fatherland Liberation War (Korean War), several hundred North Koreans were massacred here by US-led coalition forces. Members of the Korean People's Army, in addition to North Koreans and foreign visitors, are taken here for tours.
