This former train station in Shakopee, now 100 years old, was built during 1909.
It was joinly owned by two railroads, the Chicago, St. Paul, Minneapolis and Omaha,
and the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad.
The CStPM&O was on the south side, and this line is now part of the Union Pacific Railroad. The "Milwaukee Road" line was on the north side of the station, and was abandoned through Shakopee during 1980.
