  • - All top managements are nice human beings - They are not professionals - They donot want to listen to outsiders - They have no respect for outside people. - All top management from Hindustan Motors - They have worked last 20-30 years inside , no exposure OF outside world - Half Knowledge - WRONG Deployment of Six sigma and CPS - Salary very high - No talented people - Travel time from Chennai 1.5 hours - Need a settled life join CIPL - Its a Hindustan Motors company - But all caterpillar process are well mugged up, nothing you can see in reality
  • I agree, Donot get baffled by the name caterpillar, its actually Hindustan Motors, company is 15 years behind industry. all lean and six sigma deployment is a failure, what these Hindustan morors guys have done is that they have implemented all these theories in paper, but in shop nobody cares for lean or six sigma Also strange thing, these Hindustan Motors guys will not hire senior managers from outside because all the maipulations will be exposed. But salary wise its an excellent company, but donot expect MNC culture, because all the leadership had not worked in MNCs, they worked in Hidustan Motors, How will they know MNC culture?
