This is the former home of record producer James "Jimmy Jam" Harris. Harris bought the 3.52 acre property in 1987 for $420,000. The home was built in 1991 by Luxury homebuilder Bruce Bren, and has 5 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. There are different accounts of the home's square footage, some place it at 24,000 while public records state that the house is 15,976 square feet. At last sale (2014) it was listed as a 7 bedroom, 10 bath, 22,598 sqft house. It has a 12-car garage.

Harris played with Prince, and was co-producer of Janet Jackson who stayed frequently in the estate's guesthouse.

Harris first tried to sell the home for $11,000,000; it eventually sold in 2007 for $7,000,000. It fell into foreclosure and sold again at auction in 2014 for $2,730,000.
