Clarks Grove is a small city in sections 34 and 35 of Bath Township, Freeborn County, Minnesota. The population was 706 at the 2010 census.

Clarks Grove was founded in 1890, and incorporated as a village in 1920. It had a station of the Chicago and Northwestern Railway (Sometimes listed as James). The post office was established in 1857.

It was named after a grove of trees a mile east of town owned by settler J. Mead Clark,Clark. Clarks Grove is known for having the first cooperative creamery in the state.
