Location: From Interstate 79 at Exit 121, take Secondary 24 (north) approximately .2 miles. The bridge is located on the left on Secondary 24/2, near Meadowbrook Mall.

Simpson Creek is one of two remaining covered bridges in Harrison County. The bridge was washed out in 1889 and was moved 1/2 mile to its present site. In 1984, a tree fell across the roof. Repairs have since been made. This bridge is no longer used by traffic as a concrete bridge was built next to it. It is in excellent condition.
