Karmrakuch (Armenıan: Կարմրակուճ) Since the medieval era up to the October 2020 Azerbaijani occupation of Hadrut District of Artsakh Republic this was Armenian village. Founded in XIII century in Dizak Principality. After the Turkish/Azerbaijani offensive, Armenian population was partially left, partially killed. Now Azeris call this village Girmizigaya. There are a lot of videos testifying that Armenian khachkars, graveyards, churches and other objects of cultural heritage being violently destroyed by new owners of the land, just like it happened in Julfa (Old Jugha), Aylis (Agulis), Abragunus (Abrakunis), Chalxankala (Aznaberd), Badamli (Otzop), Gyulistan (Vardadzor), Chaykend (Getashen), Chanlibel (Khachisar), Gence (Gandzak), Naxchivan (Nakhichevan) and countless other places becoming "Azerbaijan" after the loudest cases of vandalism ever seen and other ways of "cleansing" the history from Armenians, because as Azeris say "this territories were confirmed to be the territory of Azerbaijan. That's it"...
