The smallest and poorer street (kanday) of the Town Badaber. The most backward and illetrate street. Nine out of Ten families have enemity with each other since long.
But the interesting thing is that, that all the rest of the inhabitants of Badaber,
afraid of the inhabitants of Mama khel Payan, and not even willing to make any type
of relationship with them.
